1. Information we collect
Families may collect birth date, birth time, birth location, family-role labels, account email, language preferences, optional profile images, device information, usage events, and service diagnostics required to run the app.
2. How we use it
We use this information to create private family-tree records, generate readings, deliver audio and PDF outputs, maintain account access, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and security.
3. AI processing
To generate readings, Families may send birth data, calculated placements, and family-context notes you choose to enter to trusted third-party AI providers. We do not need your payment card details for AI generation.
4. Storage and security
Account data and generated outputs are stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted transport and restricted access controls. Generated readings, audio, and PDFs may remain stored so they can be delivered back to your account.
5. Children and third-party family data
Families is for adult account holders. If you enter information for a child or another relative, you are responsible for having the legal right, guardianship, consent, or other lawful basis to provide that information.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, or ask privacy questions, by emailing privacy@families-astro.online. You can also use the in-app account deletion flow where available.
7. Website technologies
The Families mobile app does not use browser cookies. This website may use essential technologies needed for security, navigation, and hosting.
