Families is for adult account holders. You must be at least 18 years old to create and control an account in this version of the service.
2. Nature of the service
Families generates AI-assisted interpretations across astrology and related symbolic systems. Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
3. Purchases
Families currently offers one-time purchases inside the app. Payments are handled by the official app store payment system for your device. Refund processing follows the policies of the relevant app store. If purchased content does not unlock or deliver correctly, contact support@families-astro.online.
4. Family and third-party data
Families is built around a private family graph and personal reading workspace. It does not provide public profiles, public discovery, or user-to-user messaging. If you enter information for another person, you are responsible for having the right, consent, guardianship, or other lawful basis to do so.
5. Availability and accuracy
Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The app depends on third-party AI services and cloud infrastructure, so temporary outages or delivery delays may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted systems.
- Do not upload information about another person you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute generated readings without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Families name, interface, prompt architecture, and the original written and narrated content produced by it are the intellectual property of Forbidden Yoga / SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, or are used under license. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide; by using the app you grant us a limited license to process that information solely to deliver the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Generated readings may contain errors, omissions, or outputs that are unexpected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Families and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or reliance on generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or twenty US dollars.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for conduct that violates these terms, applicable law, or threatens the integrity of the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from in-app settings or by contacting support.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Families is published by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, Dubai, UAE. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
