By downloading, installing, or using Families, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
Families is for adult account holders. You must be at least 18 years old to create and control an account in this version of the service.
2. Nature of the service
Families generates AI-assisted interpretations across astrology and related symbolic systems. Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
3. Purchases
Families currently offers one-time purchases inside the app. Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund processing follows the policies of the relevant app store. If purchased content does not unlock or deliver correctly, contact support@families-astro.online.
4. Family and third-party data
This version of Families is built around a private family graph. It does not provide public matching or user-to-user messaging. If you enter information for another person, you are responsible for having the right, consent, guardianship, or other lawful basis to do so.
5. Availability and accuracy
Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The app depends on third-party AI services and cloud infrastructure, so temporary outages or delivery delays may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Families and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on generated content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Families is published by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, Dubai, UAE.
