Delete from the app
Open Families-app and go to Settings -> Account Deletion. Confirming deletion signs you out and permanently removes the account data associated with your app account.
Request deletion from the web
Email privacy@families-astro.online from the email address used for your account. If you cannot email from that address, include the account email and we will verify ownership before deleting anything.
Please do not send birth data, family details, photos, or private notes in the first email. We only need enough information to identify and verify the account.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your account profile, sign-in identity, family tree records, family members, birth details, generated readings, generated audio, PDFs, uploaded images, portraits, and app storage linked to your account in our active systems.
What may remain
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records needed for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, and audit obligations. We may also retain limited security logs or legal records where required. These records are not used to recreate your deleted app account.
Timing
Active account data is deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request. Backups and operational logs are rotated out within 90 days. If you only want to delete specific data rather than the whole account, email privacy support and describe the request.
